Andrea Cortez, MM, MT-BC, music therapist of Mind Body Music Center, will guide us through an interactive group to bring more tranquility to your day. She will talk about how practicing mindfulness can help us handle uncertainties and decrease stress. This group includes readings on mindfulness, a sound meditation and an open dialogue at the end of the group.
